By registering an Account with bmw5, logging in to an existing Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) bmw5 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. bmw5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time, including but not limited to government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmw5 login credentials. You must notify bmw5 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bmw5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to maintain account security.
4.4 KYC Verification. bmw5 is required by PAGCOR regulations to perform KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bmw5 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Accepted methods may change from time to time at bmw5's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). bmw5 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes disclosed on the bmw5 cashier page. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. bmw5 does not guarantee specific processing times as these may be affected by factors outside bmw5's control, including payment provider processing schedules.
5.4 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. bmw5 is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
5.5 No Third-Party Deposits. Deposits from payment accounts not held in your own name are strictly prohibited and will be subject to refund and account review.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers awarded by bmw5 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, game eligibility restrictions, and maximum withdrawal amounts that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.
6.2 Abuse of Bonuses. bmw5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if bmw5 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion with other players.
6.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion at bmw5 is available to each eligible User once only per household, IP address, and payment method.
6.4 bmw5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms in effect at the time of your opt-in will continue to apply to any already-qualifying activity.
7.1 Finality of Bets. Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the bmw5 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where these Terms or specific game rules expressly permit otherwise.
7.2 Void Bets. bmw5 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) a technical error has affected the outcome; (b) a game has been interrupted due to connectivity failure and cannot be resumed from the point of interruption; (c) the Wager was placed after the closing of a betting market; or (d) there is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the game or event was compromised.
7.3 Maximum Winnings. bmw5 may impose maximum single-game or single-session winning limits. Details of applicable limits are available on the relevant game page or the bmw5 cashier section. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be adjusted to the limit without notice.
7.4 Sports Betting Specifics. For sports betting including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football markets, bmw5 applies standard industry rules for voided events, postponements, abandonments, and walkovers. Results are based on official sources. bmw5's decision on all betting-related disputes is final.

bmw5 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the bmw5 Privacy Policy and the Philippine Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bmw5 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
bmw5's total aggregate liability to any single User for any cause of action arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bmw5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though bmw5 will take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the bmw5 Platform shall first be referred to bmw5 customer support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Failing resolution through PAGCOR, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
bmw5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via email to registered Users and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The amended Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms.
